    I made hotel reservations and purchased park tickets, but your website has me listed as going twice and doesn't have my wife listed at all, and I can't make park reservations until this is fixed. Help?

    I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, but I'm so sorry to hear that the names listed on your reservation aren't quite right. Let's see if we can take a few steps to get things on the right track again!

    Justin, I'm not sure when your travel dates are, but I would first recommend making your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. Theme Park Reservations can always be canceled if necessary, but it would be better to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on your preferred dates and then try to change the name on one of these reservations afterward.

    In order to change the name to your wife's name on your vacation reservation, my best piece of advice would be to reach out to a Cast Member. They will make sure that the correct Guests are linked in your travel party without disrupting any of your other reservations. There are a few ways you can do this! First, you may want to try to use the Chat feature. Log into the My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down a bit and tap "Chat With Us." You can leave a message for a Cast Member who will respond to you as soon as they're able to. Pro tip: leave as much information as you can, including the situation, your reservation number, and the name of your wife so the Cast Member can easily and efficiently locate your reservation. You can also try to call a Cast Member to speak with someone directly! If you decide to call, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can often be in high demand. 

    While you're putting the finishing touches on your magical vacation, I'd suggest taking some time to explore everything that the My Disney Experience app has to offer! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
