Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer!
Having a family of 6 myself, I have often run into a situation when I needed to split my party up into smaller groups in order to obtain
dining reservations. What I usually do is speak to a Cast Member at the host stand and let them know I have multiple reservations for my party. In my experience, they will do their best to seat everyone together or at adjacent tables. Whether or not a particular dining location will be able to accommodate your party all at one table will depend on restaurant capacity at the time you are dining. I recommend checking in at the host stand 15-20 minutes prior to your reservation time, and be prepared to wait a little bit longer for your table.
As far as adding on additional Guests, again it will depend on restaurant availability at the time of your reservation. Most Disney-owned dining locations do not have a number for Guests to call the restaurant directly, although some independently operated restaurants at
Disney Springs do. You might try calling 407-WDW-DINE for assistance with your dining reservations, however, hold times have been rather long recently. If you have the opportunity to stop by your chosen dining location in advance, you may have better luck.
I hope that helps! Please stop back and see us again with any additional questions you may have. I'm wishing you a wonderful visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration!
