I made a dinner reservation for Be our guest. It is at 11pm. Are they really open that late? And can you just do dessert? How do you know which room they will seat you in?

Hi, Shelly!  They are absolutely open that late as long as the theme park is open, and during busier times, you will see the Magic Kingdom open until midnight or later.  You will want to make sure you haven't made the reservation for a night that is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, unless you have tickets to that event.  Also, you'll want to make sure this is not an evening extra magic hours night if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World resort.  Only resort guests will be permitted in the park if it is a night of extra magic hours.

You can go in and just order dessert.  There is no problem with that at all.  As for knowing which room they will seat you in, you really don't.  It may depend on how the tables are filled and vacated through the evening.  You can certainly ask when you check in at the podium if you might be seated in a particular part of the castle, however, they can never guarantee that a table will be available in the room you want at the particular time you are there to dine.

Have fun on your upcoming visit.
