If I made a dining reservation and now two people are coming with us, can I add them to my reservation?

    Hey, Michelle!

When it comes to a Walt Disney World vacation, I always say "The more, the merrier!" It can throw a monkey wrench into your plans, though, when you have to add people to already existing reservations.

With a dining reservation, you can actually modify it right in your My Disney Experience app. Once you're in, you click on Future Plans. Your reservation will be listed there. If you click on the reservation, you'll see what looks like a pencil icon on the right that says "Modify." On the next screen, it will bring up the number of people in your party, the date, and the time. You can modify any of those options.

Here's the caveat. If there isn't a dining option available at that restaurant that can accommodate the modification, it won't let you change anything. You may not want to cancel. There is still a chance that they'll be able to accommodate you once you get to the restaurant. When you arrive, just speak to the cast member at the podium, and let them know your party has increased. In many situations, they can add the extra guests. While this is definitely not a guarantee, if it's a reservation you really, really want, you may want to take the chance that they'll be able to add the extra two to your reservation when you arrive.

    Good luck, Michelle!
