Made 8 ADR's months ago when fil coming. He cannot travel so 12 yr old niece coming instead. Do I need to let them know about the change for the ADR's? They asked the ages of all kids when I booked. Can't wait for our first visit! Only 45 days to go!!

You don't need to call to notify Disney Dining of the change. For the purposes of Disney Dining, any guest over the age of nine counts as an adult. So, for head-count purposes, both your father-in-law and your 12-year-old niece would be considered adults at the table.

I hope you all have a wonderful visit to WDW!
