I made ADR for our trip to Disney the first of December. The problem is the only time I can get the Fantasmic dinner package is the same time as my dinner at the Coral Reef for the candlelight processional. Which one should I keep?

    Hi Cindy,

Wow this is one of the hardest questions I have answered so far. We love both of these shows and they are both so unique and different that it is a very hard choice.

Although my oldest son would be very upset at me for suggesting this, I would choose the Candlelight Processional over Fantasmic. While Fantasmic is a great stage show that includes lasers, lights, Disney characters, water and music in a battle of Disney heroes against villains, it does occur year round and can be enjoyed at other times. If you have an evening free during the remainder of your trip, you can always attempt to grab seats for Fantasmic then without the dinner package. If you can't make it this trip, add it to your next wish list as I have a good feeling that Fantasmic will be around for some time.

I would choose the Candlelight Processional because it is unique and perfect for the time of the year you will be visiting. The Processional is offered during the Christmas holiday season only. It is a beautiful narrated re-telling of the story of Christmas. The celebrity narrator is accompanied by a large chorus and horns. The chorus is amazing and combines singers from various backgrounds, locations and ages. The Processional is the perfect way to enjoy the holidays at Disney World and brings to life the true meaning of the holidays. It is a performance you will not forget and the whole family can enjoy and carry with them as they celebrate the holiday.

Wishing you a magical trip and holiday season!
