Hi, Elizabeth! It is sometimes better to ask forgiveness than to ask permission. I'd just go to the restaurants with the extra person in tow and once you're there, ask if they can accommodate the extra person. I've almost always had good luck, in that they've been able to provide for my extra company.
You may have to wait a little bit longer so that they make sure they have a table for your whole party, or they may ask you to sit at separate tables (I've had this happen, where they've split us between two tables), but it has been my experience that they do whatever they can to make your dining experience a pleasant one! Have a great visit!
