I made a account for the family profile 4 years ago but my spouse ended up making a separate one W/O me for trips to Disney I could not go on. Then I was added to my spouses account at a later date. Now I have 2 profiles. How do I merge them completely?

    Hi, Susan!
Two profiles on My Disney Experience sounds like something that can be a little complicated!

Luckily, there is a My Disney Experience phone line where you can explain your technical challenge and a Cast Member can help you out. Once you have your accounts set up again, you can be sure every reservation and plan are combined with the rest of the family. I would check to make sure your spouse's accounts are matched with the rest of the family as well!

I hope that gets everything straightened out for your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Let me know if I can help with any additional questions! I'm happy to help.
