Luv the panel! ? re: Wishes fireworks/dessert at TNT. Called to rsv 8/7 OR 8/11 (no PH), CM said booked but could walk up. Does anyone know how many tickets for the ressies vs. walk up? When in the day can I do walk up? Should I call again since so new?

    Hi Jennifer,

The new Wishes Fireworks Dessert reception at Magic Kingdom is a great idea! The location is superb and the desserts yummy. I am certainly hoping Disney decides to keep this around past the end of August.

There has been no announcement that I am aware of that advertised the number of reservations available and the possibility of walk-up versus advance. My understanding is that guests would only be able to walk up and join in the party, if the spaces were not filled by advance reservations. I would certainly try calling back, even daily, to check for any openings or cancellations. If that does not work, I would check that night also just in case. You can also ask your resort concierge to check for availability once you arrive on property. That morning, upon your arrival at the Magic Kingdom, you can also stop into City Hall and inquire into any openings.

Good luck and I hope a spot opens up for you.
