We have lunch reservations at Be Our Guest, can I customize my order? Whether we order ahead or at the restaurant? I'm not a fan of any condiments on my sandwiches and was hoping to order the roast beef sandwich without the sour cream. Can it be done?

    Bonjour Lori!

This is a great question, and I'm happy to tell you that the answer is "oui."  There are some basic customizations you can make to your Be Our Guest Restaurant lunch selections when you place your online pre-order.  I did a little research for you and confirmed that one of those options is to leave off the Horseradish Sour Cream (and/or Arugula, Red Onion, Tomato mixture) that usually comes on the Carved Prime Chuck Roast Beef Sandwich.  You'll also be able to choose your side from either Pommes Frites or Green Bean Jardiniere.

Looking at the other menu items, the customization options are similar.  For example, the Croque Monsieur can be ordered without the Bechamel Cream Sauce and/or Gruyere Cheese, and the Tuna Niçoise Salad can be served with or without egg and either tossed or with the dressing on the side.  If you'd like to request any other customizations that aren't available through the online pre-order system, I'd recommend waiting until you arrive to place your order and they can be sure you get exactly what you're craving.

Also, if you do place your pre-order and then change your mind about anything, it's very easy to just log back into the system and make changes, even if it's the morning of your lunch reservation.

I hope that helps, Lori, and bon appétit!
