we have lunch reservations at Grand Floridean and we are not staying at the resort. Can we leave our car parked there while visiting magic kingdom.

    Hi Sharon,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to hear that you have lunchtime plans at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, one of my favorite places to visit within the Disney Resorts Collection! It's a gorgeous Resort, so please take time to explore both inside and out for a bit. The views of Magic Kingdom Park from the dock and the marina are simply lovely!

While you'll be entitled to a few hours of complimentary parking as a Guest with a confirmed dining reservation, you won't be able to leave your vehicle there all day. You could move your car to the Transportation and Ticket Center after you're done with your lunch, but if you have the time prior to lunch, I think it would be easier to park there first, then enjoy a ride on the iconic monorail to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Once you've finished your lunch experience and are ready to head to Magic Kingdom Park, you'll be able to enjoy another monorail ride, a peaceful water taxi sailing across Seven Seas Lagoon, or even a leisurely stroll now that the walkway is complete. The choice is all yours!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Sharon, and please feel free to come see us again if you have any other questions as you're thinking through the details of your visit. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
