Is luggage transfer available, and will it be available this September. We are moving from Art Of Animation to Fort Wilderness cabin

    Wendy,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Yes, luggage transfer from Disney's Art of Animation to The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is available! On the day that you are checking out of the Art of Animation, just drop your bags off at the Bell Services Desk before you head off to your theme park of the day. You will find it to the right as you face the main resort entrance, just outside the doors.

The bags will not be taken directly to your cabin. Just like with resort rooms at the hotels, you do need to gather your bags when you arrive later that day to check in to your new home. Typically, the bags will be housed at the Fort Wilderness Reception Outpost, which is where you would check in for your cabin.

    BONUS TIP #1
Did you know you can pre-order groceries for your cabin? Place your order ahead of time, and just pick them up at the Meadow Trading Post!

    BONUS TIP #2
Make sure during your stay to also visit the nearby Settlement Trading Post. This resort store has some really fun souvenirs, including resort-specific shirts.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
