Can luggage be stored after check out?

    Ashleigh,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Absolutely, a Disney Resort Collections hotel can store your luggage for you on your departure day so you can go to a park and squeeze out that last dose of magic!

The Disney resorts all have Bell Services desks that can hold your luggage for you on both your arrival and departure days, as needed. On your arrival day it is a great service, because if your room is not yet ready, you can just drop your bags off and head to the parks. All you need to do is gather them when you return to the resort later that day before heading to your room.

As for your departure day, the same pattern works. As you leave your room, just drop the bags off and head to whatever fun adventure awaits. When you come back to the hotel, just grab your bags and go.

    BONUS TIP #1
We use the Online Check-In service so we don't have to stop by the front desk on our arrival day after dropping off our bags. Later in the day we get a text telling us when our room is ready, and the room number is shown on the My Disney Experience App.

    BONUS TIP #2
For some resorts the Bell Services Desk will be located just outside the resort's main entrance, in others it is inside, near the front desk.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
