Hey Howdy Hey Lisa,
Welcome to planDisney. I don't know about you, but I think all
Walt Disney World Resort vacations should include plenty of time to explore
Disney Springs. With over one hundred
shopping locations, delicious quick service and table service
dining options and numerous
entertainment options, it is an easy choice when you are looking for a way to kick off your vacation, time away from the theme parks or a last minute taste of Disney before heading home.
Unfortunately there is not a designated spot to store luggage while wandering Disney Springs, but I can offer a couple of suggestions. It does not sound like you with have a car with you, but if you do, or are traveling with friends or family that do, I would store the bags in the car. We have never had any concerns when we have done that before. Another option would be to leave your luggage with the Bell Services team at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Whether you are just arriving for your magical vacation, or about to head back home, you most likely need to return to your resort to either check in or to be picked up for your ride to the airport. Bell Services will be able to either deliver your bags to your resort room, or retrieve your items from storage in time for your airport pickup.
If these options would not work for a particular reason, you could also keep your luggage with you while strolling through Disney Springs as long as the bags would not cause any safety concerns due to size. If you are traveling in a group, you could also take turns babysitting the bags, while the other members of your group shop. There are plenty of places where you can sit and keep the bags out of the path of other Guests. Finally, if you are trying to store the bags for a departure, there may be outside companies willing to store your items for a cost. I have never used one of these services but have seen various advertisements when searching the internet.
I hope this helps you sort of the best option for you. Don't forget to save some room in those bags for the last minute purchases. You can never have enough plush Disney pals or Stitch coffee mugs! If I can help with any additional planning questions, please stop back and
see me.
T-T-F-N (Ta-Ta for now),
