What is the luggage requirement per person on a Disney Cruise (we're going on the Dream soon)?

    Hi Jacquelyn,

Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question! I'm so excited that you are setting sail aboard the Disney Dream! My first Disney Cruise Line vacation was aboard the Disney Dream, and she is one of my favorite ships (don't tell the others!).

It sounds like you are ready to pack your bags and sail away. If you need ideas for starting your packing list, Disney Cruise Line is here to help! As you are packing, keep in mind that each Guest is allowed two suitcases. According to the Cruise Contract, there is no size or weight limit for luggage; you may bring a reasonable amount of clothing and personal items with you. Remember, though the staterooms are spacious, you will need to store your luggage in your room. The good news is that even some of the larger suitcases I've traveled with fit nicely under the bed. You may also bring one carry-on bag and a personal item. Jacquelyn, you will receive luggage tags for your checked baggage about one month prior to your cruise. Remember to place them on your bags when you arrive at the port.

Jacquelyn, there is so much to enjoy aboard the Disney Dream. Don't miss the chance to speed down the AquaDuck and be prepared for a splashing good time. In the evenings, the Broadway-caliber stage shows, The Golden Mickeys, Disney's Believe, and Beauty and the Beast, are sure to keep you entertained. I could go on and on about my favorite things about Disney Dream, so let me know if you have other questions as you prepare for your vacation!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
