Theresa,
So there really are many choices. Here are my top recommendations;
California Grill: Currently under renovation, this is our favorite destination. The food is amazing and the views are phenomenal. An anniversary dinner where you have dessert while watching the Wishes fireworks makes for a perfect night. And yes, it will reopen by December.
Monsieur Paul: Yes, it is in a theme park, but you would never know it. Fine French cuisine from one of the world's masters.
Flying Fish Cafe: If seafood is your thing, I think this could be your hidden gem. The BoardWalk outside can also serve as a lovely pre- and post-dinner area for strolling and enjoying the night.
Citricos: Mediterranean cuisine in a glorious resort.
Hollywood Brown Derby: A bit busy, as it is inside a theme park, but still a wonderful meal with the feeling that you are really in tinseltown.
Il Mulino: Italian contemporary elegance.
Victoria & Albert's: This is the epitome of fine dining at Walt Disney World. With a suit coat required of the gentleman, the formality of the dinner can be lost on some guests, but the cuisine and service are stellar. Expensive, but any foodie will tell you it is well worth it.
Personal order of preference would be California Grill, Monsieur Paul, Victoria & Albert's, Citricos, then Brown Derby. But all of these are great, and I am sure I missed a few.
As for reservations, you can call on June 10, 2013.
Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
