    <3 this site! Bought shirts for my parents during a recent trip to WDW. Bought the wrong sizes. Is there a way to exchange the shirts for larger sizes? Thought of trying to exchange them when I go in Nov, but merchandise will probably change by then.

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question! I am glad to hear you find the Moms Panel website so helpful. I actually had a friend in the same situation as you after his most recent visit to Walt Disney World. He purchased a shirt for a family member that was too small. I suggested he contact the Merchandise Guest Services team at 877-560-6477 or by email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. He gave them a call and a Cast Member called the store in Fantasyland he purchased the shirt from to inquire about a larger size. He was then able to order the exact same shirt in the correct size directly from Merchandise Guest Services. Their Cast Members should be able to assist you with placing an order as well. You can also ask about making an exchange, as I do not know if they are able to do this. If not then you may be able to bring the shirts when you return in November. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
