What are the low carb quick service meals and snacks at all 4 parks? Tasty and a good value for the plan credits

Hello there, Lisa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop back by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Walt Disney World Resort has a wide selection of mouth-watering dining locations that range from Quick-Service all the way to Signature Dining Experiences! It's often believed that it's impossible to eat healthy when visiting Walt Disney World Resort but I can attest that this is definitively not true! Due to the massive number of dining locations, there are options to fit just about any Guest's dietary preferences or restrictions.

Many Quick-Service Dining Locations offer a grab-and-go section that tends to be filled with all sorts of healthier goodies! In particular, I have seen items such as boiled eggs, dill pickles, and mini wheels of Babybel cheeses throughout the parks and resorts. These are great options for Guests on the go!

If you're looking for more substantial snacks and meals, you can also find options at just about any destination during your visit! One of my personal favorite spots to visit for fresh, tasty meals is Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. The menu here includes entrees such as Oak-Grilled Rotisserie Chicken and Vegetable Korma. You also have the option to mix-and-match the sides of your meal to make it a bit leaner, if you'd like!

Hopefully, this information has given you a few potential ideas for your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
