We LOVE WDW but have never been on a cruise. Naturally, we're taking our first cruise on DCL. We're taking my granparents (80s). They are healthy go-getters but will there be things for them to do on the ship? I don't want them to be overwhelmed w/ kids

    Hi Carla!
I have a feeling that once you board a Disney Cruise ship you are going to LOVE it as well!  When my family cruised DCL for the very first time, we had an age difference of over 70 years, and everyone in our party had a magical vacation!  Disney Cruise Line is a great choice for multi-generational vacationers because they plan activities for Guests of all ages!  They even have a separate row labeled "Just for Adults" in the daily cruise newsletter, The Personal Navigator!  Your grandparents will have plenty of child-free options during your sailing and can even spend time enjoying some of the adult-only areas of the ship.  It will be the perfect blend for them since they will also want to spend time with family during the cruise.
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel, Carla! Please keep me posted with any other cruise questions! I'm always happy to help!
    Have a wonderful day!
