I love your responses. I've checked the Mom's panel every day for months and am almost ready for our trip in 9 days. In a recent response, you mentioned Le Chapeau as a top 10 for you. What is this, and where can I find more info?

    Kimberly,

Le Chapeau is a store that is in the town square as you enter the Magic Kingdom. Located to your right as you come into the park, this is where a guest has historically have been able to get their personalized Mickey Ear Hats!

OK, you can get machine-stitched ear hats in several locations, but to me there is nothing better than the classic. Black ears, black hat (pink for girls sometimes), and yellow name on the back. They have two seemingly antique sewing machines deftly managed by cast members in the store. You take them the hats and they sew the names in so quickly and artistically that you would think they were just writing it with a pen.

I think that for anyone on their first visit this is a Must Do! It is one of those simple, and still affordable, moments that you will remember and cherish for quite a while.

And of course you get a great souvenir. Can you imagine going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower? No! And can you imagine coming home without your Mickey Ears? Heaven forbid!

    I hope that this helps?

    Have a magical vacation!
