Hi. We would love to make reservations for dinner at Be Our Guest, but I am worried that my picky 6 year old will not like anything on the menu. Is it possible to grab a kid's pizza from a QS restaurant and bring it to our reservation?

Hi, Erica!  I know that Disney Mom Kay had many of these concerns as well when she took her grandchildren to Be Our Guest!  There are some kids who just prefer more kid friendly fare!

I have been to Walt Disney World many times with a friend who has a very picky eater, and she always brings a meal in with her for her daughter.  We nearly always stop and grab chicken nuggets somewhere before we head into some of our favorite restaurants, and while we enjoy a nice meal, her daughter enjoys her favorite meal as well.  I haven't ever been to a restaurant with her that has made a fuss over the meal she brings in for her daughter.

Something else you may try is asking of there is anyway the culinary team can prepare something else for your child.  I think Kay's experience was to ask them to leave the macaroni plain, and they added butter themselves to the pasta for the kids.  Some restaurants are able to make other accommodations, so it never hurts to ask.

I hope you all get to enjoy dining in this wonderful new restaurant.  The theme here is just amazing, and my kids loved checking out the whole restaurant on a recent visit.

    Happy traveling, Erica!
