Hiya, Lindsay.
Welcome back to planDisney! Can you believe your holiday to The Most Magical Place on Earth is less than two months away? How exciting!
You sound like a woman after my own parade-loving heart. In fact, I keep crossing my fingers that my favorite parade of all time, the Main Street Electrical Parade, will magically make another appearance at Walt Disney World Resort someday. In its absence, the
Electrical Water Pageant is a great substitute. I’ll be honest with you, Lindsay, the best viewing spots for the Electrical Water Pageant are along the shore at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, or Disney’s Contemporary Resort. You could easily hop aboard the
monorail, take a water taxi, or walk on foot over to one of these Resorts to watch the Electrical Water Pageant. However, I have been able to watch it while standing along the railing overlooking the water outside the exit at
Magic Kingdom Park as well. Simply walk in the direction of the last set of bus stops and find an open area overlooking the water. It offers a great view, and you don’t have to leave Magic Kingdom Park to get there.
I hope this information helps, Lindsay. Please stop by planDisney again if you think of further questions along the way. Enjoy your magical trip!
Until next time,
Alyssa
