I LOVE this panel yall are such a BIG help!! I have a dinner adr at Artist Point(6:00) with the whole family DH, DS10, DS5!! I know this is a upscale restarant, Do children usually eat here? The lady on the phone said yes!I know they will eat the food!

Artist Point is definitely in my top three dining spots at WDW. I love the food. I love the wine. I love service. I love the atmosphere. It is elegant without being stuffy -- I feel completely relaxed and pampered here.

And to answer your question, yes, children are welcome. We have brought our girls to Artist Point at least four or five times, the first time was when the youngest was about 4 and a half years old. I always see at least a few children in the dining room (hey, it's Disney) and sometimes large parties (like family reunions) with many children in attendance. Since this is a more upscale experience, any children at the restaurant will be expected to be on their best behavior. If your kids are in "run around in circles" phase, I might postpone until another visit. But if they can sit still for about an hour and a half or so, then I say go for it. There are coloring pages available for children at this restaurant, but if you think it would help, you could also bring some other small, quiet diversions to keep the kids occupied while you're savoring your coffee.

My girls love selecting a dress-up outfit for their signature dining experiences at WDW. We usually have them in lovely sundresses and sandals and then take photos outside the Wilderness Lodge with the gorgeous trees in the background. The girls always rise to the occassion and entire evening is one that we all enjoy thoroughly. I'm sure you'll have a great time too.
