Love the panel ! 1st visit to WDW with 11 in our party. Have made ADRs, but have 3 different familes dining together. Do we use 1 DDP card from each family? Gratuity is added on but which family pays for gratuity? Gratuity off the card or can pay cash?

    Hi Julie,

How exciting you're making your first trip to Walt Disney World and in such a big group too!

It's actually pretty easy to use your Disney Dining Plan credits in a large group, when you check-in tell your server that you will need the bill split 3 ways and they will happily do this for you, you will only need to give them 1 DDP card per family per bill. As you have more than 6 in your party an 18 percent gratuity will automatically be added to each bill, so each family will pay their own share. Gratuities can be paid with cash, credit card or if you have allowed can be charged to your room via your Key to the World Hotel card.

I recently dined as a group of 38 with a combination of DDP users and cash payers and the Disney Servers were fantastic at sorting it all out.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
