Hi Moms! Love this panel. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas. Planning on heading down in late February for 24 hours in the Magic Kingdom on Leap Day. Probably can't do it without a good cappuccino. What's the best place in MK to get one? Thanks. :)

    Hi Jennifer,

Ah, the eternal coffee question. The quality of coffee at Walt Disney World varies immensely depending on where you buy it. The food courts at the hotels and many of the restaurants serve drip Nescafe. I'll just say that this has very few fans.

The good news is that better coffee can be found on property. My favorite locations are:

    - The Swan Hotel lobby, a real Starbucks outpost.
    - The Contemporary lobby, Contemporary Grounds coffee bar
    - The Polynesian second floor, Kona Island coffee bar

I encourage you to read some other Moms Panel posts about coffee. My friend Joel is a coffee connoisseur and has strong opinions on the topic. And Mom Suzannah is a former barista, so she knows her stuff. And Whitney offers some other sources of information about WDW coffee.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
