LOVE this panel! Thanks to you all! We arrive 5/18 and Illuminations is showing that night. Flight gets in at around 3:30 or so. Better to head to Epcot, eat in Italy or Japan and get good seats for show, or relax at hotel? (1st time staying on property!)

    Hi Brianna!

I think your idea to head to Epcot, enjoy a nice meal and watch the fireworks would be an excellent way to start off your Disney vacation! There is something very magical about being able to relax and see the fireworks - knowing that the spectacular show is just the beginning of your trip!

Our family loves Teppan Edo in Japan, but if its too late to get a reservation for any of your choices, we also love snacking around the "world". There are many great choices for counter service restaurants and snacks at Epcot.

Hope your vacation is wonderful and it starts off with a "bang"!!
