If you click HERE on the WDW website, you can find out everything there is to know about Extra Magic Hours in the parks. Scroll about half way down the page and you'll see that following attractions are open at Epcot during MORNING EMH:

Living with the Land

Test Track

And the following attractions are open at Epcot during EVENING EMH:
