    love this panel read everyday. Tks a lot! Another ? Does Akershus have a full buffet or menu a la carte? I have reservation for dinner, but I do not eat pork or ham. I´ve read the menu and cannot find full buffet description, just menu. Tks

    The Akershus is not a full buffet-style meal. There is an appetizer course buffet available with a selection of Norwegian salads, cold fish dishes, cheeses, and breads. The main meal is ordered from a regular menu. There are many non-porcine dishes to choose from including grilled salmon, vegetable pasta, lamb stew, and sauteed chicken breast. And since you're in Norway, you might want to include some traditional Aquavit with your meal. Yummy!
