Love the panel read everyday!!! ? is i know we can't book ADR online for full 10 days (we used travel agent) can we still use the online reservations with out entering our reservation number?

Yes. Anyone is welcome to make online dining reservation without entering any sort of confirmation number at all. Off-site guests and Florida residents will always be doing this, and WDW resort guests can as well.

The advantage to entering your resort reservation number into the dining system is that, in most cases, you can uses the 90 + 10 rule. As you note, the online dining reservation system is not currently capable of recognizing the confirmation numbers of guests who booked their room reservations through travel agents and the Disney Vacation Club. (They're working on this.) So if you have that type of reservation, you can make online dining reservations up to 90 days in advance without inputting your resort confirmation number. If you have a travel agent room reservation and want to take advantage of 90 + 10, then you'll need to make your dining reservations via 407-WDW-DINE.
