Love the panel!! Are there any must-have items that you would recommend we bring to make our POFQ room feel more like home for our 3 yr. old son?

Hi, Nicole!  I have a three year old daughter, and the temptation is great to bring everything but the kitchen sink so she'll stay pretty much on some kind of schedule - especially at bed time!

I try not to over pack, but I do bring her pillow with one of her familiar pillow cases on it; the stuffed animal du jour - whichever one she happens to love at the moment gets packed, plus I pack a recent favorite in case she decides she's missing something other than the one she has; and I'll pack a backpack with a few favorite books and a couple of Little People.

Don't bring anything that you absolutely cannot lose, because I have to tell you that not all of the Little People and their Little People parts make it home every trip.  We are guilty of abandoning at least one or two of them in a restaurant or a hotel.

Resist the temptation to pack too much.  There will likely be souvenirs he'll want to bring to the room and play with as well.

    Have a great vacation!
