LOVE this panel. I'm trying to decide between fantasmic dining pkge at H&V or no package but dine at mama melrose and stand in line for fantasmic (no pkg res available for MM). Reviews are not great for H&V.Will be at disney Feb 2-9. Help. Thanks

Thank you for the kind words, Leslie!  It truly is a pleasure to answer all of your Walt Disney World Vacation planning questions!  Honestly, if you have your heart set on dining at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano for dinner, then I would recommend booking an Advanced Dining Reservation for this dining location and stand in line for Fantasmic!  I have never once had a problem getting a good seat for Fantasmic! when entering via the stand by entrance. I would recommend that you get in line at least 45 minutes to one hour in advance. In regards to which dining location I prefer, my personal favorite is Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano since I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine! You may also want to consider enjoying lunch at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano and grabbing a quick-service dinner so that you don't encounter any unforeseen delays. My family visited Disney's Hollywood Studios a few weeks ago and wanted to attend the 6:30 p.m. showing of Fantasmic! so we enjoyed a table-service lunch and quick-service dinner. I hope this information helps!  Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a Magical trip, Leslie!
    Happy Planning,
