I love your panel. I'll be bringing my 4 year old princess to WDW and read a lot of all the different resorts. I'll be staying at the All-Star Movie and wondering if I'll be able to visit the other resorts as well, other then for dining purposes.

Anyone may visit any of the Disney resorts to dine, shop, or just look around. Resort touring is especially popular during the holidays, when many of the hotels are festooned with gorgeous and elaborately themed decorations.

If you're asking if you can use the pools and other amenities at the various resorts, the answer is for the most part, no. As an All Star Movies guests, you are welcome to use the pools at the other All Star resorts (Movies and Sports), but that would be the limit of your "pool hopping" ability. However, if an activity at a resort is available for an extra fee, for example boat rentals at the Polynesian, bike rentals at the Boardwalk, or carriage rides at Port Orleans, any Disney guest may partake of this.
