    LOVE this panel. Husband and I are surprising our 4 y/o son with a bday DW trip!. Reservations at POP and have heard GREAT things about it. Just saw that they are opening AOA early. Should we switch to the Mermaid room? Nervous to try without reviews.

    Hi Kindra!  I love surprising my kids with a trip to Walt Disney World! How exciting that it will be a birthday celebration for your son! We have personally enjoyed a stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort. This Disney Value Resort hotel salutes many of the 20th-century popular culture crazes. I really do not think you can go wrong with either Disney's Pop Century Resort or the newest Value Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I read your date of arrival as being September 15, 2012, which is also when The Little Mermaid guest rooms are expected to open based on the latest news from the Disney Parks Blog. I think Disney's Art of Animation Resort captures the Magic of Disney and children are going to love being immersed in the enchantment of Walt Disney and Disney•Pixar classics.Follow this link to watch a preview video of Disney's Art of Animation Resort, which was posted on the Disney Parks Blog. I think it would be a really special experience to be one of the first guests to stay at this much anticipated new Disney Resort and would personally choose Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Disney Resorts are known for their "Attention to Detail" and their latest creation is no exception! Disney's Art of Animation Resort will also have its own dedicated bus line and will not share Disney Bus Transportation with any other Resort.
