    Love the panel so helpful! 1) 9/27-10/2 I do not see that either of the WP's are closed? I read somewhere that one is usually closed in the fall? 2)I read an old answer that you can travel by bus from AK to Bliz Beach; is this still true?

    Thanks so much for the love and sending some right back to you!  We're thrilled to be able to help sprinkle a little pixie dust on your vacation planning, so thank you for stopping by and keep those questions coming our way!

    You'll be visiting Walt Disney World at my all-time favorite time of year.  Late September and early October are practically perfect in terms of lower crowds, good weather and spook-tacular Halloween fun.  Great choice!  If you're a fan of the water parks, you've also chosen swimmingly.  The dates that are currently listed for the water parks refurbishments this year are:

    Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park: October 25, 2015-January 2, 2016
    Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park: January 3, 2016 - March 12, 2016

    While schedules are always subject to change, I'd be surprised if they adjusted any of these to overlap with your travel dates.  Woo hoo!

    There is usually a bus that travels directly from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.  However, bus schedules and routes change fairly often, so if that's not available when you're there, I'd recommend finding a Cast Member (often available near Station 4) to find out the best route for you to take to get to the water park.  It may be as easy as hopping aboard a resort bus that is stopping at Blizzard Beach along the way, or traveling to a nearby hotel and then taking another bus directly to Blizzard Beach.
