Love the panel. Fam. of 10 staying Pop Cent.Is it worth the extra $ for preferred room, what building do u recommend?Love 2 be close 2 bus stop, in quieter location & food court too.Not sure if all that is possible for a room location. Bus stop main con

    Jodi,

While the added daily charge for a preferred room does not seem like much, when you see what it adds up to over the span of your trip I think it seems like a lot. Personally, I don't choose to spend my money that way. Sure, you get closer to the main building, including the counter service restaurant and the bus stop. But I don't think the 'perk' of it is worth it.

I don't find the small amount of extra walking time to be that big of a deal. Even with small kids it is not so important, since we use a stroller, even with our 6 year old. And the walk does not seem any worse than the walk from an outlying building at Deluxe resorts like the Polynesian or Grand Floridian.

Just my opinion. If the extra cost is not too much of a burden, then go for it. But I say save the money for more Mickey Ice Cream Bars, Toluca Turkey Legs, and Mickey Mouse Ears!

    Have a magical vacation!
