Love the panel, Disney Moms are so helpful and knowledgeable! Planning for my Mar 30 Fantasy cruise (counting the days :-). Pls help me understand the differences between the Dining Room Head Server and the Dining Manager. Thank you.

    Ahoy Vincent!
Thank you very much for the compliment!  It is our pleasure sharing our love and knowledge for Disney with Guests just like you!
I'm also counting the days until I set sail on the Disney Fantasy so I'm sure you are feeling the same excitement as me!  I was fortunate to sail on this beauty last spring and can't wait to experience her again very soon!
Your Dining Room Head Server will oversee a section of the dining room and will rotate with your server and assistant server each evening.  He/she will usually try to stop by every night to check on your satisfaction with the food and service.  If there are any dietary restrictions with your family, he/she will also be on top of substitutions and alternative choices.
The Dining Manager is in charge of the operations of the entire dining room.  You may deal with this manager if you are looking to make a seating or table assignment change at the beginning of your cruise vacation.
I hope my answer is helpful, Vincent!  Please let me know if you think of any other questions about your upcoming sailing!
    Have a magical day!
