Hi, Jennifer!
Thank you for your kind words! My fellow Moms Panelists and I truly love helping guests plan magical Disney vacations -- we're so happy that you visited us again with another great question! My family are big fans of
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) and we've already got our tickets for the final 2013 party date! Disney has not yet released the official schedule of events for this year's MNSSHP. I recommend keeping your eye on the Walt Disney World website as well as the Disney Parks Blog for the announcement.
In the meantime, I can give you a good idea of what the schedule will look like, based on previous years. The official start time of the Halloween Party is 7:00 PM, but guests with MNSSHP tickets typically are able to enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM. The highlights of MNSSHP are the
Boo-to-You! Parade held at 8:15 PM and 10:30 PM and
Happy HalloWishes fireworks show at 9:30 PM. There are also many character meet-and-greets throughout the park (including a rare opportunity to meet ALL Seven Dwarfs from the classic Disney film!), a fabulous Disney Villains stage show and, of course, trick-or-treat trails to get your sugar fix for the evening.
I recommend having an early dinner so that you can be ready to enjoy the Halloween Party as soon as it begins. We like to head over to Columbia Harbour House for a quick-service meal and typically finish up by 6:15 PM in order to be in position to queue up early for our favorite characters. You won't want to miss a single minute of all the Halloween fun!
Please let me know if I can assist you further with planning your magical "Disney time"!
