Love the panel! We booked a room at GF w/ theme park view-does that guarantee we'll see the castle & fireworks from our room? I heard some rooms only have a view of tomorrowland. If so, I don't think it's worth the $ for upgrade. Thanks for the advice!

Hi Sabrina! I agree with you -- if I'm paying extra for a theme-park view, I want to see Cinderella's Castle from my room! At the Grand Floridian, not all theme-park views are created equal, and some rooms do have a better view of the Castle than others. I recommend that you note on your reservation that you would like a room with an unobstructed view of Cinderella's Castle. Then, four or five days before your trip, call the Grand Floridian directly to make sure your request is noted on your reservation. Disney wants its guests to be happy and tries very hard to accommodate requests. If you're not happy with the view you receive once you check in, don't hesitate to ask if you could move to a room with a better view. I will tell you, however, that the rooms at the Grand Floridian have spectacular views, and I don't think you're going to be disappointed!

Feel free to visit me again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! Hope you have a magical vacation!
