    Hello! Love the panel! Arriving 9/4/10 (Woo Hoo!) I have ADR at Chef Mickeys and we will be headed there from AK. Does the monorail run from AK to the CM? If so how do we use the monorail, if not what transportation would u recommend? Thanks!

    Hi Nikki! You must be so excited that your trip to Disney World is in just a few weeks! Chef Mickey's is a fun restaurant in the Contemporary Resort, which the monorail runs right through. However, the monorail does not run to the Animal Kingdom Park; it serves only the Magic Kingdom and Epcot parks. 

    In order to travel to and from the Animal Kingdom and the other parks and resorts at Disney World, you would use the Disney buses. When you're ready to leave the Animal Kingdom and head to dinner, just exit the park and head toward the bus stops, which you'll see on the right. Board the Contemporary Resort bus, and you'll be on your way to Chef Mickey's! I'd plan to leave the Animal Kingdom about an hour before your reservation; that way, you'll be there in plenty of time!

    Be sure to save room for the sundae bar at Chef Mickey's!
