    Hi! Love this panel! We are arriving on 9/26 at 11:00 a.m. We're staying at POFQ. We have reservations at 7:00 PM at Jiko at the AKL. HOw do we get there from POFQ and how long will it take?

    Getting from Port Orleans to the Animal Kingdom Lodge is a two-step process using Disney transportation. First, take a bus from POFQ to the Animal Kingdom theme park. From there, transfer to a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I tend to leave about an hour for a transfer from one resort to another when using the Disney buses.

    If you want to speed things up significantly, you could take a cab from Port Orleans to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. This would cost you approximately $15, but would less than half the amount of time.

    Jiko is a truly exceptional restaurant. One of my top five at WDW. I can't even recommend a specific dish to you because they are all equally excellent.
