    Love, Love, Love the Panel! When using online check-in, are the rooms already assigned before you get to the resort? I was trying to decide whether to use online check-in or wait to be checked in upon arrival because I would like to request a free upgrade.

    Hi Susan! Love love love that you love the panel! Thanks so much for letting us know! A room will be assigned to you when you check in online, but no worries, as you can change it. The online check-in saves so much time, I highly recommend it. If you are not satisfied with your assigned room, no worries. Cast members will do their best to, wherever possible, accommodate guests' requests based on room category booked and availability.
