    Love u all. Exploring non Disney transport for 2 to DCL Fantasy Mar 2013. Has anyone used any transport services or know of good ones? Which ones? Arrive day before. Thoughts on hotel near port or MCO or Disney? Would like to be at port early to enjoy

    Thanks for writing back and for the wonderful compliment!  Being able to spread pixie dust on your cruise vacation is the best part of being a Cruise Mom on the Panel!



    If you would like to be at the port early, I would suggest staying in Cape Canaveral the night before.  You have a couple options to get from the Orlando Airport to a hotel near the cruise terminal.  Quicksilver or Happy Limo are both reputable companies that many DCL Guests use for their transportation.  If you choose this option, you will want to stay at a hotel that has a shuttle to the port.  Another option would be to rent a car from the airport and drop it on the morning of your cruise near the port.  Avis, Budget, and Hertz all have locations at the airport and near the cruise terminal. It is very easy because you can return your car and catch a complimentary shuttle over to port. 



    Personally, I have stayed at the Residence Inn because they offer free breakfast and a shuttle with a minimal cost per person.  The Radisson Resort at the Port is another popular option because of the resort-like pool and shuttle to the port.  If you choose the Radisson, you can book your shuttle two weeks ahead of time.  Country Inn and Suites is also located within a mile and has a free breakfast and shuttle.
