Love Disney. I usually go in January. Next year, 2019, I want to plan two trips, February & November. For February, when's the best time to go where there are at least moderate crowds? For November, hows the crowds the week after Thanksgiving?

    Hi Yolanda,

You have certainly come to the right place as all of us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel LOVE Disney, too! And two visits in one year sounds like so much fun! Since you're looking at traveling twice in one year, you might want to look into purchasing an Annual Pass, as it may be the best deal for you anyway, but will also come with lots of great benefits and perks!

As for February of 2019, the theme parks will be pretty popular around the long President's Day weekend, the weekend of the runDisney Princess Half Marathon, which is February 21 - February 24, 2019, and possibly the week in between those two. Otherwise, the crowds should be pretty moderate for you. The weather should be pretty moderate, too, although the mornings and evenings could be a bit chilly. I'd just recommend bringing some layers and adding a sweater or sweatshirt if you need it.

I was at the Walt Disney World Resort the week after Thanksgiving last year with a group of my best Moms Panel friends and it was a great time to visit. The crowds were manageable, plus the entire Resort was in full-on holiday celebration mode. You'll find festive holiday decorations and magical Christmas music plus lots of special events, including my very favorite special event of the year, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, filling you with warm, fuzzy feelings and lots of holiday joy.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Yolanda, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you plan your upcoming trips. Enjoy ALL of your vacations to the most magical place on earth!
