Boo to you, Kimberly!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm always thrilled about the opportunity to assist fellow Michiganders in planning their exciting
Walt Disney World Resort vacations! It sounds like you're currently on-site at The Most Magical Place on Earth, ready to begin a fun-filled fall visit. I'd be very happy to help you make the most of your time during your awesome autumn holiday!
Kimberly,
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place at Magic Kingdom Park on select evenings throughout the fall season, offering Guests an eerily exciting experience. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, it looks like most
event dates, including
all remaining August 2024 dates, have sold out. While you may ask a Cast Member at a theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location if any special event tickets are remaining for the date you mentioned, I would assume this is unlikely. Rather, I encourage you to consider visiting Magic Kingdom Park during the daytime to check out the spooky seasonal décor and explore other fantastic fall offerings throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!
There are other ways to experience the Halloween holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth, Kimberly. Be sure to take a peek at the
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to explore all of the frightening foods and dastardly drinks available at the Disney Resort hotels on property during your visit. (The Spooky Mini Cookies and Dipping Cream at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground are on my "must-eat" list for my upcoming trip!) Remember that parking at the Disney Resort hotels is reserved for resort Guests and those with valid dining reservations, so if you're hoping to get your hands on these spooky sweets, you'll want to rely on complimentary
transportation.
Kimberly, your trip coincides with one of my favorite theme park seasons: the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! Now through November 1, 2024, Guests can partake in
Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit, a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt throughout EPCOT. Pick up a game board (for a small fee) at Creations Shop, Port of Entry, or World Traveler to begin the haunted hunt and complete the challenge to earn an eerie prize!
I hope you've found these suggestions helpful, Kimberly. I wish you a menacingly magical Halloween-inspired vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any additional questions throughout your stay, you're always welcome to revisit us here at
planDisney. We're here to help you have a ghostly good time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Hurry baaaaack...
Lauren
