Boo-To-You, Samantha!
Welcome to planDisney!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a ghoulishly great way to celebrate the season. As you’re making your plans, keep in mind that your party ticket allows you to enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM. This means that you can enjoy an extra three hours in the park before grim-grinning ghosts come out to socialize and the party officially starts!
Samantha, all of the entertainment at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is wonderful, but I think my favorite show is the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular. Like you, I stayed until the end of the party and watched the midnight show a few years ago - the perfect way to end the evening! My experience is that transportation to non-Disney hotels typically doesn’t run for special-ticketed events like the Halloween Party. When we’ve stayed off-site, we have often relied on a rideshare service for early morning or late night transportation after buses have ended at our hotel. If you do end up using a rideshare, I usually find lots of drivers around Walt Disney World Resort and don’t have to wait too long for a car. I’d recommend calling your hotel directly or talking with the front desk when you check in to confirm transportation schedules to the parks during your stay.
While you're enjoying the party, you won't want to miss all of the delicious treats available throughout the evening.
Trick-or-treat stations are located throughout the park and include allergy-friendly options as well. Recently, the Disney Parks Blog also shared the
Foodie Guide for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and it's full of yummy treats. I don't know about you, but that Ice Cream Chocolate Cookie Sandwich would be one of my top picks!
Samantha, I hope this information helps you plan a bibbidi-bobbidi-BOOtiful visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please stop by to see us again here at planDisney if you have any other questions!
Hurry Back,
Kristi
