The lounge menu in Space 220 is more drinks and breakfast type food. Can adults order kids food and pay kids price for burgers etc? Seems a lot to pay full price when you only want a burger not full courses but want to to experience the restaurant

    Hiya, Dave! Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you're looking to travel among the stars at Space 220 Restaurant or Space 220 Lounge in EPCOT, Dave! You're sure to have an out-of-this-world experience as you dine aboard the Centauri Space Station. There are two ways to enjoy this immersive, interstellar restaurant:

Space 220 Restaurant offers a prix-fixe, 2-course meal at lunch and a prix-fixe, 3-course meal at dinner. There are so many galactic delights to choose from, but I think you would especially love the Centauri Burger as your Star Course! However, if you prefer to order from the Kids' Space 220 Lunch or Dinner menus, I would suggest speaking to a Cast Member once you arrive. In my personal experience, Cast Members are happy to serve you kids' meals in an adult size with adult pricing! This is a great way to get just the right amount of food in flavors that suit you best. If you have any questions or concerns about this, speak to a Cast Member upon arrival!

Space 220 Lounge is a great option for more casual dining! While there isn't a kids' menu available in the lounge, there are plenty of choices that I think you'll love. If you're looking for a meal similar to a burger, I'd recommend ordering the Short Rib Sliders. But if it were me, I would absolutely grab a Chicken on Waffle (they had me at "Bourbon Maple Glaze"). Some of my panelist friends recently enjoyed a meal at Space 220 Lounge and they rave about the Starry Calamari and Blue Moon Cauliflower. What I'm trying to say is: it seems like any dish you decide to dine on will be a winner!

If you haven't already, be sure that you've made your advance dining reservations at either Space 220 Restaurant or Space 220 Lounge! If not, you can always try to join a walk-up list on your EPCOT day. I'd suggest heading to the restaurant right as it opens at 11:30 to see if you can add your name to the list. And be sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step in reserving the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.

I hope I was able to help you with your questions today, Dave! If anything else pops up, please visit us again.

    To infinity and beyond!
