Hiya Latoya!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question for us today.
I am elated to hEAR you’re coming to The Most Magical Place on Earth so very soon! I can’t wait for you to experience all the magic, from electrifying attractions to trying all the Mickey-shaped treats, you’re going to have the best vacation ever! Let’s discuss how to help you before I get too ahead of myself.
Latoya, when you purchase your
Theme Park tickets, they should be linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If you booked your tickets through the Walt Disney World Resort website, you would have received a confirmation email with your Ticket Confirmation/Reservation Number. If you booked your tickets over the phone directly with Disney, the Cast Member would share that Confirmation/Reservation number verbally. If you do have that confirmation number, you can go to any of the
Guest Relations locations which are at every Theme Park as well as
Disney Springs to get the tickets replaced.
If your Theme Park tickets are used and are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to see the ticket numbers. If the tickets are unused but linked to your account, then you should have your confirmation number. With the confirmation number, a Cast Member at Guest Relations can find the tickets and replace them.
In case you cannot find your Confirmation/Reservation Number, you can share any information about your order with Guest Relations and they will be glad to assist in any way they can. Picture identification and the credit card used for the purchase helps so be sure to bring those if you’re able to.
If in the case you were unable to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations which are also required to enter the Theme Parks along with your tickets, I would recommend you call 407-934-7639 and ask to be connected to Ticket Services. They are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST daily and should be able to help, as well.
I hope you have an enchanting time, Latoya!
Aena
