    I lost my picture when riding the hot air balloon in Disney springs is there a way to get a copy of it somewhere

    Hi there, Whitney!

    First, let me say how much I sympathize with your situation. Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight has a special place in my heart because the very first time that I soared above Disney Springs was to celebrate my 21st birthday! While Aerophile has gone through a redesign since those days, which were further back than I would like to admit, it is still just as magical an experience as ever. Whitney, did you know that as you float 400 feet above Disney Springs you can see more than 10 miles away? 

    Whitney, Aerophile is operated by a third-party company, and as I am sure you are aware, your photo was not included in your Memory Maker package. I would recommend that you call Aerophile directly at (404) 938-9433 to see if they kept the photographs from your date and would be able to send you a copy. 

    Whitney, I know it is so disappointing to not have your photograph from that day, but I am sure that you made some absolutely magical memories on your trip. I am hopeful that the wonderful people at Aerophile will be able to help.
