I will be losing points that I banked from last use year. Recently heard about banking them into an RCI account but I am too close to them expiring. I was looking on DVC.com to see where those rules are explained. Are there any other alternatives? Thanks

    Hi Nancy,

    Welcome home!

I am sorry that you may be losing some points however I do have some options for you. You could make a magical stay at one of the Walt Disney World Vacation Club Resort properties. This is the easiest thing to do. If you cannot use the vacation, maybe a family member could.

You can bank your points into an RCI account but you need to do this 45 days prior to your use year end.

Your best bet is to call Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 and talk to a cast member. They will be able to determine the best use of your points based on your membership and contract.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
