Hiya, pal, and welcome to planDisney!
Ooh! Ahh! I love watching fireworks at the Most Magical Place on Earth, and it sounds like you do, too. The nighttime spectaculars at
Walt Disney World Resort typically combine fireworks, music, and lights to make my heart soar. My family also plans our schedule around these events, so let's look at what you can expect as far as BOOMS in the sky this week!
The
online calendar is helpful because you can see all four theme park schedules simultaneously. I like to toggle to the five-day view to help me plan my itinerary. Looking at the calendar, I see that
Luminous The Symphony of Us will occur every evening at 9:00 PM in
EPCOT for the next five days. My favorite way to watch this show over the World Showcase Lagoon is to grab a snack and go to an outdoor table at
La Cantina de San Angel at the Mexico Pavilion.
Magic Kingdom Park will be showcasing
Happily Ever After every night at around 9:20 PM at Cinderella Castle. This show is a personal favorite of mine, especially when Tinker Bell flies across the sky. Remember, you'll need valid theme park admission to Magic Kingdom Park to watch this fireworks show. If you add the
Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you can visit all four theme parks anytime because 'hopping' is allowed all day.
It's important to remember that weather, particularly wind, can affect the fireworks. Guest safety is always a top priority, so the shows might be canceled or slightly altered. For instance, Tink might not fly if it's raining. While that can be disappointing, I always remember that it's to keep our favorite fairy safe.
I'm so glad you stopped by
planDisney, and I hope your visit is practically perfect. Enjoy the nighttime fireworks! Bring some tissues, just in case.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
